What should I do if my bidet is leaking?Updated a year ago

If your bidet is leaking we suggest checking several things.

  1. Ensure that all of the washers were properly seated in the t-valve and hose to get a water tight seal.
  2. Ensure that the t-valve is not left turned on, as this can build up pressure that might cause leakage.
  3. Inspect the toilet fill valve shank under your toilet to ensure that the threads are not crossed or worn down. This can cause the t-valve to not thread on snuggle and will require the toilet fill valve to be replaced.
  4. Review that the connection where the hose meets the bidet is tight and check that the back-flow preventer (white plastic piece) is present.
  5. Make sure that the pin for the bidet sprayer trigger is inserted correctly.
