What should I do if my bidet is leaking?Updated a year ago
If your bidet is leaking we suggest checking several things.
- Ensure that all of the washers were properly seated in the t-valve and hose to get a water tight seal.
- Ensure that the t-valve is not left turned on, as this can build up pressure that might cause leakage.
- Inspect the toilet fill valve shank under your toilet to ensure that the threads are not crossed or worn down. This can cause the t-valve to not thread on snuggle and will require the toilet fill valve to be replaced.
- Review that the connection where the hose meets the bidet is tight and check that the back-flow preventer (white plastic piece) is present.
- Make sure that the pin for the bidet sprayer trigger is inserted correctly.
