Thank you for your interest in our products and we're sorry that your desired product is out of stock.

Depending on the re-stock lead time there will be 2 options on the product page:

Pre-Order: If we're expecting the product to be back in stock within the next 30 days there will be an option to pre-order the product. We'll ship the product to you as soon as it is back in stock.

Notify Me When Available: This option will appear if we are expecting a re-stock date that is more than 30 days away. You won't be able to purchase the product yet, however you will be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.

All our products have different re-stock lead times, so if you'd like a more specific answer we recommend contacting our customer service team via Live Chat, Email (contact@theshowerheadstore.com) or you can call us at 854-888-9231 (we're available Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM EDT and Saturday 9AM-12PM EDT)

When will out-of-stock items be back in stock?

Yes, all of our shower heads come with a pre-installed flow regulator as per Federal and State regulations. 

We use the premier brand, Neoperl, as it maximizes the flow regardless if you have low water pressure or not. 

The flow regulator is a plastic piece which is located inside of the female threads of the shower head behind the screened washer. 
While we cannot recommend removing the flow regulator, by removing it you will increase your water pressure significantly.

Do our products have flow restrictors?

Looks like your order is not fulfilled and has not shipped yet.

 Our warehouse team is working quickly to make sure you get your new shower head as soon as possible! With the exception of preorder items, most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. During sales and high volume periods there may be additional delays, but we are dedicated to shipping your order in a timely manner. Historically our customers receive their order in less than 3 days, so it won't be long before your order status is updated.

You will get emails with tracking information once your order is shipped and feel free to track it at a later time using our Order Management Portal.
