Our latest 3-Spray Handheld Shower Head design has a built-in angle in the handle, however if that isn't sufficient, we suggest adding a swivel ball adapter in between the shower arm and holder. These are available on our website, and will give you more control of your shower angle to ensure your shower sprays into the center of your shower.
