How to adjust tension on the Shower HolderUpdated 4 months ago
If your shower holder isn’t maintaining tension, here’s a simple fix to get it working properly again.
Common Issue:
The shower head holder is too loose, causing the shower head to sag or not stay in place.
Solution:
1. Locate the Metal Ring:
- The tension is controlled by a metal ring or barrel nut on the shower holder. It should be snug from the factory but may need adjustment.
2. Use an Adjustable Wrench:
- Grab an adjustable wrench. You’ll find notches on the top and bottom sides of the ring. Position your wrench securely on the ring.
3. Adjust the Tension:
- Rotate the metal ring a couple of times to increase the tension.
4. Check the Fit:
- Test the shower head in the holder again. It should now be snug and securely held in place.
By adjusting the tension of the holder, your shower head will stay in position, ensuring a great shower experience!
