It's understandable, not every product will meet your needs. Whether the finish didn't match or the shower head didn't fit your application, we've got your back. 

That’s why we offer a flexible return policy to make things as easy as possible for you.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?

All Returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 90 days of delivery for a refund. While we accept returns for any reason, the product must be returned in good condition with all components, instructions, and original packaging.
  • All components, instructions and packaging: Item must include all original parts, user guides, and packaging materials.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Submit a return via our self-service returns portal.
    Please do not ship products without first submitting your return request via the portal. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Repackage In The Shipping Box being sure to include the product with all of its components in the original manufacturers packaging.
  3. Ship The Package Back to The Shower Head Store Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for the condition in which the item is received. Use a well-padded box to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Refund will be issued upon the receipt and inspection of the return. You have 30 days from the time the return is requested to return the product back to us for a refund.

Important: Once a return is approved, customers have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the item is not received within 30 days, the return will be marked as "Not Received" in our system, and the return process will be closed.

CHARGES AND CREDITS

Return Shipping & Processing Fee
A flat $10 fee applies to returns made for personal preference reasons, such as:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer need the item
  • You chose a different product or supplier

This fee helps cover shipping and processing costs and will be deducted from your refund.

This fee does not apply if you’re returning a product due to damage, a defect, or missing parts.

Missing Parts or Original Packaging - Returns missing parts or original packaging may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds - Made to the Credit Card or PayPal Account used to make the purchase. Once the product(s) is received back and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued within 3-5 days.

 

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If your item(s) arrives damaged, defective or is missing parts, please email [email protected] with your Order Number and a description of the problem.

For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a return will be authorized and a shipping label will be sent for your return.

Replacements cannot be issued without a return first being accepted. The sooner you notify us the better.

PRE-SALE ORDERS

Pre-sale orders are for items that are either temporarily out of stock or are new products that have yet to launch. By placing a pre-sale order, you are acknowledging that you are willing to wait until the product comes into stock in order for it to ship.

Pre-sale shipping times are just estimates and are prone to change. We do our best to keep all shipping dates as accurate as possible on our website. If you have specific questions about in-stock dates, please reach our customer service team.

All pre-sale orders must be paid in full in order to guarantee a unit of inventory. Some of these products are our best-sellers and they are shipped on a first come, first served basis. 

Returns are allowed for pre-sale orders and, as all products on our site, are eligible for our 90-day return policy from the time of delivery. Should you want to request a return before the order is fulfilled, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
